It was perfect for exploring the three villages that most people trek to. the hotel was also very convenient as it was close to the nearest train station, making it easy to get to and from. the service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff who were always willing to assist. the room I stayed in was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the breakfast provided was satisfying and there were a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also offered great facilities such as a restaurant with a stunning view of the valley. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Our stay at this place was perfect as usual, and it’s a great place for one night. Plus, Ginger Home, where you can eat, is just a short walk away.

Our romantic escape in the mountains was wonderful. the view from our room was breathtaking, and waking up to the sight of the misty mountain tops was enchanting. the breakfast buffet was a delight, they had an amazing variety of food to choose from. the location was perfect, secluded but not too isolated, we were able to walk to nearby attractions easily.
The prices for the tours were quite high, and we felt a little pressured by the staff to buy them. the room's heating system was a little erratic, sometimes it felt a little too hot and at other times it was slightly cold.

I had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. There were so many restaurants within walking distance and it was convenient to explore the town. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were basic but clean, and the view of the mountains from my window was absolutely breathtaking. I also appreciated the free wifi and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Vietnamese and Western options.
Everything was fine, no complaints at all.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with plenty of beds for the whole family. Friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable.- Great views from the balcony, overlooking the beautiful valley.
Construction noise from nearby worksite, which started early in the morning and lasted all day. Average breakfast, nothing special.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect, being near the train station and close to everything we needed, such as the church and the local market. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with spotless rooms and a clean bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending trips for us and even arranging transportation for us from the train station for a small fee. The breakfast offered a good variety of food and was delicious. the hotel facilities were great and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Everything is what we needed and want.
